Endodontics (Root Canals)

1

When the soft tissue inside a tooth’s root canal becomes inflamed or infected, endodontics become necessary to preserve comfort and overall oral health. The affected soft tissue is removed, after which the canal is cleaned, shaped, and sealed. A crown or alternative restoration completes the process, leaving the recipient with a pain-free and normally functioning tooth.

If you are suffering prolonged sensitivity to heat or cold, tenderness when eating, tooth discoloration, or swelling, endodontics may be necessary.
